Breach Anticipatory

Under the doctrine of anticipatory breach, if one party to a contract (a) repudiates her duties thereunder (b) prior to the time designated for performance and (c) before she has received all of the consideration due her thereunder, such repudiation entitles the nonrepudiating party to claim damages for total breach.
